This is the blend that started it all! One of our most popular as well as one of our longest running. It was inspired by search to recreate a single shot of espresso in Italy that began the journey of our owner down the coffee roasting rabbit hole. 
Tasting Notes:
A Med/Dark roast with a bold yet smooth flavor, this blend makes a great espresso or drip brew that balances beautifully in the cup with a buttery richness with deep toffee and herbal hints.
 
A combination of Wash Processed South American Arabica, for its smooth and slightly sweet tasting notes, and a Naturally Processed Indonesian Sumatra, which helps develop a full body with earthy undertones.
