A Very light roast coffee that is light beige in color, less acidic, and has sweet roasted note to it's taste.
It is a non-traditional style of coffee that is more popular in the Northwestern U.S.
Often used to brew espresso for use in lattes with fruit flavors as it will not have a strong "coffee taste
